  • The Role:
    As a key member of the engineering team, you will work on a range of projects in all stages from conceptual design through construction. Our fast-paced environment requires the ability to work both independently and in a leadership role as part of a team.

    Duties:
    This is a diverse role and the duties include:

    • Leads others in technical design and sets up project design criteria

    • Independently manages the delivery of multiple projects

    • Reviews invoices and assists in project writing

    • Mentors less experienced staff

    • Monitors the financial performance of projects

    • Preparation of engineering drawings, specifications, calculations, analytical models, reports, and correspondence

    • Construction administration including review of shop drawings, RFI’s and field observation

    • Attend internal and external meetings with clients and design team members

     
    Qualifications:

    • Minimum of 5 years experience in structural engineering with emphasis on building structures

    • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Civil/Structural Engineering

    • PE license

    • Knowledge of building codes and standards such as IBC, ASCE, AISC, ACI

    • Expertise with structural programs including RAM, ETABS, ADAPT, SAFE, REVIT

    • Project and staff management experience

    • Excellent planning and organizational experience

    • Highly motivated, proactive, and willing to take on new challenges

     
    Anticipated Salary Range: $90,000 to $120,000


  • The Role:
    The position of Project Engineer requires understanding of structural analysis and design, computer modeling and calculations, and interactions with client, collaboration with architects, planners, and engineers. You will work in a collaborative team environment on various building projects in a variety of market sectors, managing small to medium-sized projects.

    Duties:
    This is a diverse role and the duties include:

    • Evaluating the engineering and analysis of external design teams

    • Construction Administration including review of shop drawings, submittals, RFIs and field observation

    • Attend meetings with clients and external engineering/architetcure design teams

    • Occasional field inspections and investigations

    • Support of production efforts with Revit modeling tasks


    Qualifications:

    • Minimum of 3 years experience in structural engineering with emphasis on building structures

    • Bachelor’s degree in Civil/Structural engineering or a closely related field

    • EIT and tracking for PE/SE licensure

    • Knowledge of building codes and standards such as IBC, ASCE, AISC, ACI

    • Expertise with structural programs including RAM, ETABS, ADAPT, SAFE,. REVIT

    • Excellent planning and organizational experience

    • Highly motivated, proactive, and willing to take on new challenges


    Anticipated Salary Range: $80,000 to $95,000


  • The Role:
    Ideal candidate for this role is an engineer or construction technologist with an interest and desire to be in the field or on-site more than in an office setting. Inspection qualifications are a plus. Bridging the gap between design and construction, the responsibilities of this position will include field work, inspection operations and office responsibilities. 

    Duties:
    This is a diverse role and the duties include:

    • Site visits to observe existing field conditions, as-built conditions, or installation of new work

    • Inspect work to be in compliance with building code, local building code, local building code adoptions, and reference standard.

    • Document observations and complete all applicable reports.

    • Perform construction administration tasks, including but not limited to review of shop drawings, submittals, and RFIs.

    • Coordinate with external Engineering team 

    • Coordinate with clients and contractors 

     
    Qualifications:
    Required

    • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Civil, Structural, or other construction related field

    • Ability to work under deadline pressure

    • Ability to exercise independent judgment using technical knowledge

    • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

    • Physical ability to safely navigate and conduct tasks on construction sites or within existing buildings of varying condition, where access may include ladders, scaffolding, lifts, etc.

    • Reliable transportation

    • Ability to work after hours in coordination with field operations

    • Prior exposure to concrete, steel, wood, and masonry construction

    Preferrable

    • 3+ years of recent inspection experience on large and complex construction projects

    • Structural inspection certifications such as ACI, ICC, PTI, AWS, and/or ICC Tall Mass Timber


    Anticipated Salary Range: $85,000 to $110,000


  • Duties:
    This is a diverse role and the duties include:

    • Produce detailed drawings of structural steel and concrete components for buildings and structures using REVIT.

    • Develop detailed design drawings using REVIT and AutoCAD software

    • Coordinate with and consult with other team members to design, layout, or detail components and structural systems

    • Create detailed plans for foundations, buildings, and structures based on preliminary concepts and sketches

    • Modification of models through the course of design changes

    • QA/QC correlation between modelling and two-dimensional deliverables

     
    Qualifications:

    • 2 or more years with REVIT experience with an Associate’s degree or certification from a technical school

    • Bachelor’s degree in related discipline (Architecture, Civil Engineering, etc.) is preferred but not required

    • Proficient in Autocad

    • Must be able to exercise independent judgment using technical knowledge

    • Strong attention to detail with emphasis on organization / time management

    • Ability to work under deadline pressure

    • Excellent communication skills with team members within office and external client contacts

     
    Anticipated Salary Range: Commensurate with experience

  • ​

    Education / Experience

    • Currently enrolled in an Undergraduate Civil/ Architecture/ Mechanical or Graduate Structural Engineering/ Architectural/ Mechanical Engineering program.

     

    Duties

    • Assist BIM Modelers with drawing production in Revit

    • Assist Engineers with engineering tasks including submittal reviews

    • Strong academic qualifications

    • Excellent verbal & written communication skills
